Business Property Statements Online filing – ID number and password are on top-right of 571-L. (2/3/2010):
Electronic Filing for Business Property Statements is Now Available Online. Property identification number and E-file password are printed on top/right Assessor’s Use Only section of Form 571-L.

Recording fees will increase effective January 1st, 2010. (11/30/2009):
Per state legislation, the base recording fee may be raised from $4.00 to $10.00 for the first page of each document.
